Level Definitions

Regional exclusive agent is the company which complies with the qualifications of regional exclusive agent and has the right of exclusive agent in the same area.

Agency Qualifications
• having the independent corporate capacity and business license;
• having fixed premises for operation;
• having certain economic strength, good business reputation and credit;
• having unique customer resources, marketing channels, or other unique resources which can be benefit for both companies;
• Familiar with communications products market, having enough experience of similar products and good customer base;
• having sound sales network and marketing team; can independently develop and implement marketing plan;
• having sales and distribution capabilities;
• having confidence to WiFiPhone market, a deep understanding of the concept of unified communication;
• can implement the company's uniform pricing policy;
• can regularly provide valuable marketing research analysis report to the headquarters of Dyna.
• having the strength and desire of providing customers with high quality after-sales service and technical support;

• Cash delivery, the amount of the first delivery must be RMB5, 000, 000.00 or more. Single delivery should be not less than 5000 units; the annual delivery should be 50,000 units or more.

Preferential Policies
• Exclusive dealings: the regional exclusive agent has the exclusive rights of dealings in the region, also can participate in Dyna’s product pricing and develop subordinate distributors and agents.
• Resource Sharing: sharing market, competition, consumer trends and market support with Dyna.
• Continuous training: Dyna will provide all dealers with all aspects of training including sales, product, management, technical and other training to improve the dealers’ sales skill.
• Media support: Dyna will plan and provide unified advertising strategy, promotional channels and promotional materials to help dealers implement publicity program as planned.
• Accompanied Sales: If necessary, Dyna will assist dealers to communicate, negotiate with end customers; and provide various types of samples and technical support to dealers.
• Profitable: the market price 30% discount for delivery.
