Induction training
   All staff of Dyna should receive systematic induction training at the beginning of entry. This training includes three parts: corporate system training, operation training and basic business training. Respectively, the head of human resources, president, and department manager is the trainer for each part.
   Corporate system training will make new employees to systematically understand the company’s rules and regulations; will play a strong role in promoting staff to be familiar with the new office environment, work and cooperation with other companies.
   Operation training is conducive for new employees to quickly understand the company's business scope, direction, development goals and the current operating conditions, which will help new employees quickly pinpoint their location, and carry out specific tasks.
   Basic business training will make new employees to quickly understand their basic work content, work methods and job evaluation system; it also will be conducive for new employees to combine their learning or work experience in the past and the actual work content into the specific work skills which meet the company’s development needs.

After systematic induction training, most new employees can immediately start to work, play their talent according to the company’s development needs, and combine their knowledge, technology into the drive of the business.
