3, Can we change the color of Dynaphone enclosure?
Yes, we have many colors of enclosure for customers’ choosing. We also can change the color according to customer requirements.

4, Which cooperation mode does Dyna provide?
Dyna sales products and PCBA.

5, Can Dynaphone be made to OEM products?
Yes, we can change logo, tags and other internal software logo according to customer requirements (MOQ: 1K).

6, Can Dynaphone change the skin?
Presently Dynaphone can not change the skin, but this feature has been taken into the subsequent development plans.

7, Can Dynaphone increase the camera, video, MP3 and other additional features?
Our subsequent plans have included these additional features, new products will be developed and produced to meet new requirements. We will continually increase new features, improve our programs and products.

8, What is the delivery time of Dynaphone?
Delivery time will be within one week if the quantity is less than 100 units. If the quantity is large, please communicate with our sales staff. We can provide a complete solution to you.

9, After I purchased Dynaphone, how to make a call, how to use?
After you have purchased Dynaphone, you need to obtain the number, password and other information from operators. You can make calls under the coverage of AP, it’s free to make calls within the network of the same server, without geographical restrictions; if you call the telephone, mobile phone or PHS etc. Please buy prepaid card from operators.

10, Where can I use my Dynaphone?Are there any restrictions?
You can use Dynaphone in any places where has WiFi coverage, for example: McDonald's, KFC, coffee house, airports, cities where have some public network or a family where only spend several hundred RMB to fulfill WiFi coverage.

11, Does Dynaphone support roaming function between AP?

Yes, the most important function of our product is AP roaming. It also meet the mobility features of Dynaphone.

12, What is the calling rate to make call from Dynaphone to telephone? How to pay fees?
Currently the services provided by different operators are not exactly same, please contact your operator for details.

13, Why don’t my Dynaphone make call or no sound after calls?
The reason maybe the network environment is not good or the current network is busy, when you make calls. Please make call late.

14, Our company has PBX already, if we want to use Dynaphone to make overseas calls, what equipment is needed?

You need AP and IPPBX, or SIP server and voice gateway.


15, What is the after service of Dynaphone?
Since the date of purchase, no man-made damage, 7 days to return, 15 days to replace, one year guarantee, meet the national requirements of electronic communication products.
